How the numbers add up
Stamina on Man'ari Training Amulet rises from +2 at level 10 to +13 at level 70, a gain of 11. The largest rise between two listed levels is +3, from level 10 to level 20. With no upgrade token the Stamina stops at +6 at level 30, so the tokens account for the last 7 points.
The level cap starts at 30. The 6 upgrade tokens lift it by 5, 5, 5, 5, 10 and 10 levels in turn, to a final cap of 70, which is 40 levels above the base cap.
Of the 7 differently named neck heirlooms, 7 list Stamina, 4 list Critical Strike and 3 list Haste among their stat types.
No other neck heirloom shares the source line Legion Class Hall Mission: Assault on Felfire Armory.
