Vendor NPC, zone and position come from the client's collection source tables (CollectableSourceInfo and CollectableSourceVendorSparse); coordinates are the in-game map readout. NPC names and titles are matched by creature id against Wowhead's public tooltip data, since the client does not carry them for these NPCs. Vendor prices are server-side; the cost shown is player-reported in the community Decor Sources Master List and can change between builds.
How to Obtain
Skyhorn Eagle Kite has 1 source in the game data: quests.
I've taken an inventory of the eggs you recovered. Some among the bunch may still have a chance to hatch. They will need to be returned to an empty nest, and with any luck, an eagle will claim the eggs as her own and watch over them once again.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
