Vendor NPC, zone and position come from the client's collection source tables (CollectableSourceInfo and CollectableSourceVendorSparse); coordinates are the in-game map readout. NPC names and titles are matched by creature id against Wowhead's public tooltip data, since the client does not carry them for these NPCs. Vendor prices are server-side; the cost shown is player-reported in the community Decor Sources Master List and can change between builds.
How to Obtain
Zocalo Drinks has 1 source in the game data: quests.
I checked my work twice when working on this fountain. I made no mistakes. There must be something wrong at the source. The fountain draws water from a modest reservoir above the terrace.
