Use the Loose Boulder inside the pool to clean it.

For the Decor achieve, I found her at /way #864 53.8 69.4 Ranah , did the very quick 3 quests right there and up above her is the snake you kill for the completion, took all of 5mins...Cheers

Description
I checked my work twice when working on this fountain. I made no mistakes. There must be something wrong at the source. The fountain draws water from a modest reservoir above the terrace. Would you mind checking it out?

- Wither Without Water
The flora in this area weren't always so aggressive. Without water, the thistlevines wither and waste until they become something unrecognizable and angry. Take my watering can and wet the withering thistlevines to prevent them from becoming carnivorous.
- We Can Salvage the Seeds
I've studied the flora within the terrace extensively. Once a thistlevine completely dries out, it's too late for the plant to be saved. Its seeds are still viable, however. Under the right conditions, they can be used to cultivate new, healthy thistlevines.
