Did anyone get this to drop yet?

EDIT: I have 132 runs with ticket open towards customer support trying to find out if item is even in the game and just low drop rate or not in the game at all until season. They haven't been very useful so far - usual referring me to this page for info and suggesting I open a bug report. Maybe we should all just open bug reports, since LW recipe drops plenty and not only for leatherworkers so there is no reason why this one shouldn't be available.

EDIT2: Next customer support reply to my ticket - among all the usual "customer support rules, cant help lalala" here is the quote: "Right now, I am afraid there's no estimated time for a possible fix. While this is not something that can be tackled by Customer Support alone, the issue had been recognized and hopefully it won't be long before we hear about a solution proper." Now I am reading this between the lines and looks like it just simply doesn't drop for now. ([s]probably unrelated but notice how on raid loot table among all the recipes there is no ring recipe thats supposed to be there either[/s]). Not telling anyone what to do but for now I am stopping my delve madness.

EDIT3: Thanks everyone for bug reports! Finally fixed!

I've done 60 delves so far in various areas. - In game says it comes from Delves - Heavy Trunk. Which is the chest at the end of the Delve. Unsure if it needs to be on a higher tier or not though. - I've seen one recipe drop so far from the Heavy Trunk. So its possible?

Yeah, people can put anything, but these are patron orders, "NPC" ones, i guess.. Kind of makes no sense to have it when even the design itself is not available at all. I wish we had some more information too.. Have done over 70 runs myself

On public work orders i have seen actual players post items from the raid they want crafted. On my BS i've seen a public work order for a sword that drops only from the raid that a player wants crafted. As for patron crafts i think blizz just let npcs put up anything even if its timegated

I've done about 60-70 delves. I'm sure the recipe is in the game. I have already looted leather working and engineering recipes from delving. It wouldn't make sense for it to be at higher tiers either. It could possibly be a bug and missing from the delve loot table. It would also be nice to have an in-game tab to see exactly what could be dropped from delves.

This pattern drops from Nerubian Delves. Just farmed up 2 in under an hour spamming Tier 1 Earthcrawl Mines on the Isle of Dorn. According to a blue post today, Nerubian Delve loot was bugged and it wasn't dropping properly.

Can anyone kindly explain to me exactly how this items irks in simpler terminology? I read it as this: If I enter combat and I have 6 gems socketed, then I heal people and toss out up to 6 buffs of 141 stat equal to one of their socketed gems for 20 seconds. Ok, so if this is true I have many questions…would I be giving 6 buffs to one person or can be split among many? Is it 100% proc/uptime? Aka in a raid setting would I be loooking at having 6 stat buffs out on someone/people the whole time? Does the wearer gain or lose any buffs from using this? I assume not which is fine. I’m just trying to understand the language.
