Pretty decent vendor item, there is limited supply.
No vendor have this for me. I try it with Horde & Allianz vendors. Can somebody say why?
When I first saw this was a vendor item, I cringed. But the fact is, it's not bad. It's not the best you could get at this level, but considering how easy this one is to get, despite the limited number the vendor has, it's pretty decent. If you need an upgrade from what you have, but you don't want to farm dungeons and mobs for hours for a rare, this is a good way to go.
