Just tell a scryer friend to buy for you. My rogue is Scryer and I bought it for my priest (that is a tailor) and Aldor. Simple as that. You can get some extras to sell in AH for those that can't get to the scryer area. Get some extra gold *hint* *hint*
To answer a question below, yes, my 62 Worgen warlock, Alliance, who was neutral with Scryers was able to buy one of each pattern. I was not able to get a flight path though.
it says on this friendly to the horde/hostile to alliance, but he is also of the scryer faction, so I"m guessing (i'm a scryer) that aldor's are out of luck, or need it purchased for them.
That's for the normal netherweave robe, not the imbued netherweave robe. Scryer vendor is still the only place for imbued netherweave robe recipes.

I'm not sure, as I'm Scryer, but it may be that it's sold by the corresponding Aldor vendor, also in Shadowmoon, but it just isn't on Wowhead.
Aldor or Scryer can buy it in lower city from the vendor next to the mana loom required to make the imbued cloth. You can also pick up the imbued bag and shoulders. Don't bother going to shadowmoon; it cost less in lower city. Hope this helps.
