If the armour value is green it means that some of the item's "budget" has been spent on an abnormally high amount of armour over other items at that item level.
This is an extremely hard drop. Seeing as it is a world drop it is not farmable. That's where the line is drawn between collectable patterns, and nearly unobtainable collectable patterns. This one is on par with the star belt pattern. Once a pattern can't be farmed, you are running on pure chance that it pops up in the AH or randomly on a drop. with 1% of 1% chance that it drops this is not going to drop any time soon.
This is pattern collectors will shell BIG coin for.
If you notice the strange itemization and wonder about it.... When they added this helmet, Resilience effected PvE as well as PvP damage. It has since been changed to only effect pvp damage. I remember seeing a lot of new 70 tanks using this.
