As a Warrior just hitting 70 I was lucky enough to get the "of the Champion" version and combined with my crafted Cobalt "Set" made a great Tanking sword for the new instances.

This is rated as a level 142 item available for use at level 70, but has only 86.3 DPS. This has very low drop rates, but is only considered a green item, not blue. IMO there's an identity crisis with this item.
I am guessing the low DPS is because it could be a caster's weapon.

This dropped off a Horde Cleric in the Nexus Heroic after a single run. If Horde, this becomes an Alliance equivalent. Good luck!
