The Hivemind drops from Aqir Darter, Aqir Drone, Aqir Ravager, Ka'zir and Tek'ris, an encounter in the raid Ny'alotha, the Waking City (Battle for Azeroth). It is one of 9 items in that encounter's loot table. The game files carry no drop chance, so none is shown here.
Locked in a contest of wills, the generals Ka'zir and Tek'ris constantly vie for dominance over their fellow aqir. As they wrest control away from one another, the hive shifts its tactics and obeys each of their commands with fervent loyalty.
