Overview
Liskanoth harnesses her power to confine players with Glacial Storm and Binding Ice. Upon reaching 100 energy, Liskanoth ascends to the skies and sweeps the valley, unleashing a powerful Deep Freeze on players below.

Liskanoth creates an icy storm around her, sending chunks of ice into the ground, inflicting Frost damage to those of the impact and leaving behind a patch of frozen ground. Players standing within frozen ground are chilled, suffering Frost damage every 1.5 sec and movement speed is reduced by 50%

Upon reaching 100 energy, Liskanoth unleashes her icy power, spewing out frozen air below her. All players caught in her path take Frost damage. In addition, Frost damage is inflicted every 1.5 sec and they are stunned for 6 sec.
