Overview

The Hoardmonger prevents his reserves from being pilfered at all costs, casting Resourceful Measures upon reaching 90%, 70%, and 40% health, empowering one of his abilities. Upon reaching 100 energy, he tosses Spoiled Supplies throughout the arena, growing Rotten Mushrooms for 12 seconds. Upon contact, these apply Toxic Spores destroying the fungi, preventing Putrid Burst.
