If you need Primal Spirit just to trade for other materials, make sure to check the mats prices on your realm to be sure it's worth the trade.
On my realm, you get more gold by selling 25x Blackrock Ore and 25x True Iron Ore at the auction house rather than transforming 25x Primal Spirit into Savage Blood by buying from the vendor.
