There has been rumor that turning war-mode on will make the mob spawn/appear for some people, though I currently had war-mode on and the mob did not spawn/appear for at least 20 minutes. So I don't believe that trick is going to work for everyone.

Description

The naga sorceress leading this excursion seems to be in the process of binding a larger elemental. If she succeeds, we will no doubt lose our foothold here. Strike out at her, perhaps you can catch her off guard and interrupt the ritual. Remove the head from these snakes.
