A Chief of Legends is a quest for level 20-70 in Ohn'ahran Plains. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 11,900 experience and money.
The gorlocs of this swamp were once simple creatures. Pests, perhaps, but never raiders, thieves, or dog-eaters.
It is their chief, Grrlgllmesh, who has led them away from their nature.
Put an end to him, and the gorlocs will threaten us no more.

Given the name of this quest - "A Chief of Legend", and the gorloc's name, Grrlgllmesh, this is probably a reference to Gilgamesh, a hero of ancient Mesopotamia and protagonist of "The Epic of Gilgamesh", an epic poem written in the Akkadian language in the late 2nd century B.C.E.
Kinda of an annoying quest if your playing a more squishy class as all the mobs you killed previously are all back up and you'll sure aggro several trying to kill the boss who also has pet of sorts. Try to do it in a group or kill all surrounding mobs first.
I was unsure why [npc=186649] had no quests for me. The first quest leading to him is Sole Supplier, and frankly required to be able to continue with [npc=186649]'s Questline.

It isn't safe for us to remain in the open, <name>. The gorlocs forced my hunting companion, Baba, into a cave to the east. Set me free, then we shall rescue Baba. I will meet you in the cave when the path is clear.
Of all the madness in this gorloc village, I have discovered none so troubling as the gorloc shamans. They are particularly vicious and play recklessly with storm magic with no regard for the consequences. This must be put to an end. Slay them, and bring me their totems.

Baba is rested, and Roscha's supplies are recovered. We can return without upsetting her further. Take some boxes when you go. I will send warriors for the rest.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
