Kinda of an annoying quest if your playing a more squishy class as all the mobs you killed previously are all back up and you'll sure aggro several trying to kill the boss who also has pet of sorts. Try to do it in a group or kill all surrounding mobs first.
I was unsure why [npc=186649] had no quests for me. The first quest leading to him is Sole Supplier, and frankly required to be able to continue with [npc=186649]'s Questline.

Description
The gorlocs of this swamp were once simple creatures. Pests, perhaps, but never raiders, thieves, or dog-eaters. It is their chief, Grrlgllmesh, who has led them away from their nature. Put an end to him, and the gorlocs will threaten us no more.
