There are TWO caves. The correct one is to the LEFT of Chief Grrlgllmesh's platform.
Baba is in a cave if you follow the stream. The circle wasn't showing on my map until I got quite close to the area. It's just to the left of the platform where you fight Chief Grrigllmesh.

Description
It isn't safe for us to remain in the open, {name}. The gorlocs forced my hunting companion, Baba, into a cave to the east. Set me free, then we shall rescue Baba. I will meet you in the cave when the path is clear.
