Description

This locket has a few small leaf-shaped carvings etched into its face, but any other details have been rubbed away with time, or burned away with fire. It appears to be druidic in nature.

Most druids pass through Moonglade during their training. If anybody can help you decipher where this locket came from, it would be Rabine Saturna of Nighthaven.

For those of you having the "You do not meet the requirements for this quest" bug - If you have the "dire maul" dialogue, go through that and the quest becomes available. - If not, you can either : wait around for someone else to come do the quest, come do the dialogue with your alt, or check at war with cenarian circle and kill him. When he respawns he'll have the quest (~7m). (Make sure you're above 25/3000 neutral before you kill him though, you lose 25 rep)
