A Staggering Effort

use the north org exit into azshara there will be "Weakened Mosshoof Stag" as soon as u exit into azshara kill them to get the eye then back to org to apply/fish with it

It is also worth mentioning that this daily is the only one that gives you +2 to your fishing skill upon completion, rather than +1 as the other four reward.

I picked up the quest and read it, headed into Azshara, got my stag eye, came back threw it on my pole and then re-read the quest to make sure it didn't specify a part of Orgrimmar that I'd need to fish in. As I thought, the only reference to the waters were that it was fished in "Orgrimmar's local waters" so I plopped my fat tauren butt next to the fishing trainer for a quick turn in and proceeded to fish.
After a few mins of not catching the Sandy Carp, I came to WoWhead, reviewed the posts, tried fishing my spot a couple more times, and then with two mins remaining decided to head into the center of town.
I saw a couple of ppl fishing near the druid area, by the bridge/waterfalls, so I tried throwing a cast or two.. caught on the second cast, with 24secs left on the Stag Eye. (I had spent eight mins total by the fishing trainer in those two sets of water.) It does seem to be the sweet spot.

(Sweet spot: 44,44 - for those who would rather just have the coords than figure out where the druids are.)

To clarify, you definitely have to fish in the Valley of Wisdom for this quest, other Orgrimmar waters will not yield a Sandy Carp.
