Description

<name>, the snakes are after our daft and barmy. Go back northwest to Deepfin Ridge and plant some do me good in that pot and pan pitch and toss of theirs.

They'll kick and prance away with their alderman's nails tucked between their nutmegs when they see that. Not that they've got any nutmegs mind you.

<name>, the snakes are after our daft and barmy army. Go back northwest to Deepfin Ridge and plant some do me good wood in that pot and pan man pitch and toss boss of theirs.

They'll kick and prance dance away with their alderman's nails tails tucked between their nutmegs legs when they see that. Not that they've got any nutmegs legs mind you.

Completed

Nice Uncle Bob job of pokin' their general.

<The lieutenant shakes her head and grins.>

I'm not too sure on 'pot and pan' = man, and pokin' looks just fine as pokin' considering you stick the banner in his corpse. Could be smokin' instead and work just as well since you killed him. I'm inclined to leave it alone since it seems to be only the nouns that get Cockney rhymed.

Considering the advice given here on what she's saying, I guess the following key works:

daft and barmy = army
do me good = wood (re: the battle standard is made of wood)
pot and pan pitch and toss = boss
kick and prance = dance
alderman's nails = tails
nutmegs = legs

Note also that she says "nutmegs don't fail me now" during the vision given in an associated quest wherein she needs to RUN.

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Treasure ReclamationAbyssal Depths · Level 30-35

We've got our reinforcements, but we still need to find a way to pay them. That kind of action doesn't come cheap. Up on Deepfin Ridge to the northwest, the slimy gilblin have stolen all sorts of treasure. I think that it's time to reclaim some of it for the cause.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Those Aren't MasksAbyssal Depths · Level 30-35

<name>, there are these demon squid-things out there that are eating gilblins' heads and then taking them over! That's one way to get slaves. Think you could swim out northwest onto Deepfin Ridge or into the Sira'kess Front and bring me back some of those Merciless things?
