This is the daily quest you receive after fighting and defeating the [npc=67555] in the fighting pit in Lions Landing. You do not have to have turned in the quest to capture it to receive this daily quest upon killing him, you just need to help kill him once someone has. As with other MoP quest mobs, you do not need to be in a group with the person who initially tags it to get credit for the kill, you just need to do your part.

You can only get one daily quest a day from killing one of the three elite mobs, so there is no need to fight all three.

Is this bugged? I spent 45 min grinding the quest item feathers, found the unconscious body, and turned it in. Huntsman Blake said to speak to him when we were ready, but I did not have the chance to auto-accept a quest AND speaking to him does nothing.
