Since this place confuses everyone more than Undercity and Ironforge put together, do the following: When you land inside the Exodar there will be a ramp to your right. Go up that ramp. When you reach the top of the ramp (the level just above the flight master) there will be a doorway/opening on your left. Go in that opening. That is the inn. There will be a wall in front of you when you enter the doorway. Turn 90 degrees to your right, or left and go around the wall. The bucket will be directly in front of you.

to be clearer, there are 2 ramps that go up and out of the exodar. the first ramp takes you to a plateau of sorts and then there's a narrow cave-ramp that takes you up the rest of the way to the surface.
it is the first ramp that you go up, and the inn is on the left as you reach the first plateau. it should be a pretty short trip from the FP
