TheWoWDBI can't even turn in this quest; I hope Blizzard fixes it. The questgiver/turn-in just keeps phasing away when I get close.

Questgiver kept phasing out whenever I went to turn in the quest.
I ran into the nearby cave down the hill and back and he was there for me and I was able to return the quest.
if you can't see the bird join a morgeth world boss group to get phased and he'll probably show up.

Description
Three of our Centurions have broken through the side gate. They need additional anima to continue their assault. Several of my assistants tried to deliver anima to them, but failed. Please get recover the anima and assist the Centurions in the attack.
