After a few failed experiments for Fierce Fliers I did manage to elaborate a bulletproof strategy with the following team:
- [npc=86719] - [petability=743], [petability=1015] and [petability=282]
- [npc=86447] - [petability=184], [petability=919] and [petability=581]
- [npc=88574]** - [petability=184], [petability=521] and [petability=518]
** - The 3rd pet can be any with a good "finishing move" like [petability=518] or [petability=184], and he must have 1319 health or less. This will force the [npc=128017] to pull [npc=86447] first, which is important to the strategy. I found [npc=88574] the best choice.
Start with [npc=86719] with the ability [petability=743]. [npc=128017] will pull Ikky with [petability=1967]. Use [petability=919], then [petability=581]. On the next turn Ikky dies, and [npc=88574] will get into the battle. [petability=184] should finish off the [npc=128017]
Hope it helps!

*All pets used are level 25 and rare quality*
Where applicable, breed is listed.
Pets are listed in their position order (so pet #1 goes first).
Tip: when looking for a pet with a listed ability for the strategies below, type the ability into your pet search bar, and pets with that ability will be filtered for you.
- Three [npc=113440] (1,2,2)

- [pet-ability=218]
- [pet-ability=652]
- Bring 1st pet back in
- Pass - soaks Void Gate - squirrel is force-swapped in
- [pet-ability=666]
- [pet-ability=163]
- 1st pet is force-swapped back in
- [pet-ability=654]
- Three rabbits/hares with > 291 speed and abilities [pet-ability=360], [pet-ability=312], and [pet-ability=159] (click here for list)
Spoiler
To start, use:
- [pet-ability=312]
- [pet-ability=360]
- [pet-ability=159]
Then repeat the below rotation; a new rabbit will be swapped in each time at the end of this sequence. Just keep repeating it until Blood dies:
- [pet-ability=312]
- [pet-ability=360] x2
- Three [npc=90208] (2,1,1)
Spoiler
This strategy takes a while, but it's fool-proof.
Use [pet-ability=421] round 1. After that, repeat the following rotation with each wisp that gets swapped in until Blood is dead:
- [pet-ability=440]
- [pet-ability=421]
- [pet-ability=273]
- [npc=84915] (x,1,1)
- [npc=63365] (1,x,2) / [npc=51600] (1,x,2) / [npc=127947] (2,x,1) (P/B - power or P/P - destruction breed)
- [npc=85994] (2.2.2)
You can replace the 2nd pet with another [npc=85994], same moves. Replace 2nd pet's rotation with another set of the [npc=85994] rotation provided.
Also, you can try replacing [npc=84915] with a S/B (speed breed) [npc=127947] and use [pet-ability=1964] in place of [pet-ability=1357]; however, I have not tested this to ensure it works.Spoiler
There is some RNG to this strategy due to crits.
If your 2nd pet dies sooner than indicated, you will need to restart the fight.
- [pet-ability=1354]
- [pet-ability=1357]
- 2nd pet is force-swapped in
- [pet-ability=828]

- [pet-ability=354] x2
- [pet-ability=1072]

- [npc=84915] is back again
- [pet-ability=1354]
- Any beast with [pet-ability=163] and >291 speed (click here for list)
- [npc=64248] (S/S - ninja breed) (2,1,1)
- A (Zandalari Pet) with [pet-ability=921] and >291 speed (depending on your Zandalari, also select a buff spell: [pet-ability=919] or [pet-ability=305])

- [npc=64248] is force-swapped in
- [pet-ability=541]
- [pet-ability=376]
- Spam [pet-ability=253] until 3rd pet is force-swapped in
- [pet-ability=305] / [pet-ability=919]
- [pet-ability=921]
- Any mongoose/civet with [pet-ability=412], [pet-ability=357] and >291 speed (click here for list)
- [npc=71017] (x,2,2)-any breed
- [npc=73359] (x,2,1)-any breed
Spoiler
Before the battle:
- Replace pet 1 with any random pet. Go start/forfeit a random pet battle (one that gives forfeit damage).
- Replace pet 2 ([npc=71017]) with a random pet and start/forfeit TWO more times.
- When you're done, your mongoose has 100% health, your [npc=71017] has 90%, and your [npc=73359] has 70%. The reduced health ensures pets die at the end of their rotation (or close to it) to prevent excess healing from Siphon Life ability.
Tip: it's easiest to log out of the toon that is in front of Blood and log into an alt to do the forfiet rounds since there aren't really any handy pet battles near this legendary.

Tranquil Mechanical Yeti 1,1,2
Sunreaver Micro-Sentry 2,1,1
Lil' Bling 1,2,1
First round you get swapped by Void Gate to Sunreaver, Call Lightning, Immolate, Void swapped again to Lil' Bling, make it rain, Inflation, another Void swap to Yeti, Ion Cannon.
Could be a little RNG but worked two round no prob, GL, he's a tough lil blob...
