Wild Cragscalers look like talbuks from Outland and can be found southeast of quest giver.
You can hold three of them at the same time. You also can ride mount while holding, so dont run, use mount.

In case anyone is having the same issue I did, you aren't trying to go to the petrified forest down that cliff. You turn them in, in a coral behind the quest giver.

Description

My warriors stand no chance against even the smallest of the Legion's forces without our Cragscalers. If you can capture a few and bring them here, my warriors can better defend our people.
