Decor Treasure Hunt

The yellow-outlined pile of dirt can be found at /way 42.16 66.34 using the TomTom addon or any Coords addon.

There is a tower near Plot #0.
Below, down the cliff, is a small bench and a torch by the lake with two small waterfalls.
The pile of dirt is in front of the bench.

Alright, after some longer search for plot zero and the above-described tower and 2 waterfalls, i gave up and tried to make my coords addon work.
Thats how i finally found it.
I uploaded a screenshot. But for u that for some reason cannot see it and have no coords, when u open the map and look at the most left side of the map (west), u will find plot zero as the fourth house counting downwards from the flight master runetotems bounty . Then u go a bit east from the zero plot, to the water. There indeed is a small bench and a torch next to a high palm tree. Its almost directly underneath a tower perching on a stone above the water...
