TheWoWDBI had some phasing issues with this quest. I found that I wasn't able to see the Matriarch while the Direbeak Swarm World quest was up. Also, you won't be able to phase in until you go around and jump down to the ledge where you found the hatchling in the first place. Standing on the beach will not allow you to see the Matriarch at all.

If you can not see the injured Matriarch, try sumoning your [npc=115785]. :)
Final word maybe. This quest was created BEFORE flying in Legion. So in order to complete you will need to fly to above the ledge at 79.72, 69.55, jump down to the ledge and the injured Matriarch will appear. Heal her and finish the Quest.
