When complete the map doesn't show the turn in location. It's Lady IIinca @ 28.51, 41.11 uptop at sinfall (next to Lord Garridan). When you get close enough the ? will appear on mini map.
Unless I'm mistaken, I've just been offered this quest a second time although the reward seems to imply it should be a one-off. I do have a "Revendreth Ambassador" under the canopy where guests are selected, but I'm not sure if that is always there.
Would finishing this a second time mean I get two free changes per week?
