Did the World Quest Asked Rupert to teleport me into the cave, killed 6 enraged watchers, then nothing so either im missing something or its bugged as the WQ dont give me completion reward :)

I started the quest chain here to go into the buried vaults. I left after completing one quest and cannot get back in. Rupert is also missing from this world quest.
Edit: this appears to be fixed on live!
