The spawn rate and number of areas they spawn in is atrocious, so if your server is fairly populated it will be near impossible to complete during peak hours.

Before you learn the hard way (like I did), make sure your back is not facing the cliff's edge, other hozen or [npc=59127]. These cheeky buggers have a nasty habit of kicking you a good distance away in self-defense and have no problems sending you into trouble or to your untimely demise...
As an FYI though, you can interrupt [spell=130769], or at least my paladin was able to Rebuke the spell.
