My guess is it happened as Dragonflight was released. It is not specific to the Favor-quests, it is something with the black market-auctioneers. (The Legion-auctioneer isn't working right now, either)

Anyone know if you can have more than one favour item (quest in log) at a time? I've only ever had the one, but usually get a drop pretty quick again after a turn in. By they way, these are all repeatable, no no point on checking if you've done them they rewards are only anima
