Hey everyone not much info to give for this quest other than to :
1.) Goblin Glider from Dalaran
2.) Jump in water and waterwalk/waterbug
3.) Some sort of swim speed increase to avoid dying from fatigue!
4.) Get flight path once you are thereThis quest is easy to solo but you might want a group if you are a fresh 110!

Just jump down from the hole in the wall where the flight path in dalaran are. Then walk on the grass around outside of the violet hold then use [item=139773] and then instantly use [item=131811] or Goblin Glider Kit. Then spam [item=139773] and you will get to the island easy.
You can get the Emerald Winds [item=139773] on the small island in the lake next to Riverbend in High Mountain.
You can get the Goblion Glider Kit [item=131811] by collecting a few parts around the Highmountain Zone. Plenty of tutorials on youtube for this
