What the above people are trying to point out is that the boss's corpse (Novos) will disappear VERY quickly so pay attention and use the Kurzel's Blouse Strap on his corpse right away.
The quest giver is found within one of the Webbed Victims. Just keep attacking the webbed victims and one of them will contain Kurzel.
Exactly how many pieces can you get her to rip off her blouse? This worries me.
