I Need a Champion

O.K. I just completed this and this is how I did it as a surv hunter. I went to the temple area in the middle of diremoor.
At the corner of the temple grounds there are shado pan guards standing outside the temple area corners with Animated Warriors attacking the Shado Pan. ( Co-ordinates 49.19 , 65.88 provided by Glowsome. These statues have around 800k of health and are decently strong.
They will continuously re spawn and run at the shado pan. I camped there and attacked the statues which gave 55 rep ( with guild perk) per kill. The added strength of the Shado Pan npcs helps a lot, just make sure you tag the statues. Bring health pots and otherwise empty bags. I completed this in a relatively short time, not sure if this is the best way however.

How to get 15.000 Reputation per Hour

• Go to the Isle of Thunder - more specific the zone of the [npc=69294](click name to see map)
• 
  
• set your [item=64402] somewhere centrel for more Rep
• 
  
• Pull huge groups of mobs with lots of [npc=69294] - They make [spell=90385] you do 50% more damage and get 50% more per Zone (made 700k noncrit hits as a warrior tank and sometimes had to use cd's to survive)
• 
  
• Don't die and kill the mobs - if you cant solo them make a group the Reputation dosen't split (solo possible as tank)
• 
  

Reputation per mob: 25rep | 27.5 with [spell=78635] | 30.25 with [item=64402]

I also managed to make 1300G/Hour there without [item=76091] and you may get more if you sell some nice looking pieces because some of the pieces that don't drop in the revamped ZG/ZA drop there.

The quests stand like this:
Meet Me Upstairs
Secrets of the First Empire-If you smelt these bars, the base materials required are:
White Trillium Ore x80 and Black Trillium Ore x80. It'll be best to have a BS alt, as prices for the bars on the AH will be astronomical.
You can also use Transmute: Trillium Bar, which is more costly if you don't have an alchemy alt, as this is off the transmute global CD and requires Ghost Iron Bars x10 if you have any spare lying around.
Secrets of the Empire have a chance to drop from bosses in the Throne of Thunder. Yes, this does include LFR! They also now have a chance to drop in the first 2 wings of Siege of Orgrimmar.
I Need A Champion!
The Thunder Forge-the forge will eventually be unlocked on the Isle of the Thunder King, similar to how the progression on the Isle of Quel'danas worked. They are unlocked sometime after Stage 3. Not much is known about this due to the requirement of Isle progression, but it involves a scenario with Wrathion that will test your mettle as you have to protect him while he undergoes his shady work...
Spirit of the Storm Lord-involves fighting Nalak, who appears after the whole Isle has been conquered. You must jab the lance in Nalak, and then a mob will spawn. You must run away from it while it takes damage. You receive credit when the mob dies. While you don't have to kill Nalak, it's always worth doing so for the mount! This is quite similar to another familiar legendary quest in Ulduar.
The Crown of Heaven-this part of the chain awards you with a choice of legendary meta gem:
Capacitive Primal Diamond
Courageous Primal Diamond
Indomitable Primal Diamond
Sinister Primal Diamond
Echoes of the Titans-pretty self-explanatory, and now has a guaranteed drop from Lei Shen (The item can also drop from Ra-den). As with the Secrets, these items can also drop from the bosses in the first 2 wings of SoO.
Heart of the Thunder King awards the achievement Chapter III: Two Princes.
A Reckoning-similar to how Incoming... panned out, this will lead into the next content patch-Patch 5.3.
