TheWoWDBFor those of you who may have wandered too far, or are rolling a Horde alt keep something in mind. While trying to do this quest I went to the otherside of the road to collect my wood. There's plenty of wood there, but for some reason you cant collect it. I would suspect that the alliance couldnt come to the Horde side of this road and complete this quest either. Just FYI

You can get this quest right away when you get to Thrallmar. The wood and metal can be found in the area right outside Thrallmar to the South where you will see many red orcs (lvl 58-60). They are all along the main road through Hellfire Peninsula. Kill them as you walk around picking up the wood & metal and you can do the Bonechewer Blood quest at the same time. Easy quest to do solo. Just be careful of getting caught be very fast respawns.

Description
Would you believe it? These orcs hired me to help them shore up damaged fortifications and build explosives. What a dream job! It's too bad we're so short on materials, but a clever goblin like myself learns how to make do! Can you help me? I need salvaged wood and metal from the ruined battlements along the Path of Glory. Go down there and salvage, and watch out for those red-skinned orcs! When you're done, come back for big rewards!
