Avoid most mobs in the area when possible and kill only the crumbling scoria elementals. Use the quest item to siphon from the scoria corpses until you get 10. Use the quest item on High Summonr Wahuna, and that's it. If the summoner is not up, wait for it to respawn. The worst part is dealing with the patrolling mobs and crustbreakers.
I have a feeling Blizzard tried to reintroduce social interaction with trhis WQ, since the primalist crustbaker will kill you on sight, if you go alone, but I think it's too late for that.
