I completed this super fast by queing into Xavius last wing lfr, the trash that spawn are all elite so you just instantly complete it, they is probably around 40+ elites that spawn
There are lots of elite Hill Ettin located to the south of Thunder Totem in Highmountain which count towards this achievement. I worked through a few during the 'The Path of HulnThe Path of Huln' quest.
