TheWoWDBFirst, find the Overloaded Harvest Golem around 49 33 (Here's a map) You should have the Harvest Watcher's Heart in your inventory by now, just use it near one of the Golems to take control of it.
Once you have control, go to the Molsen Farm (Here's a map)
There you will find Energized Harvest Reapers You'll need to kill 25 of these guys.
While controlling the Reaper, you'll have access to the following skills:
Skill 1: Reaping Blows is a standar Melee attack.
Skill 2: Rocket Boost will speed you up and give you a buff which allows you to just plow through the Energized Harvest Reaper.The Rocket Boost skill will make quick work of the Reapers, just spam that and it'll go pretty quick.

Blizzard must have broken the scaling. As a level 12 Fury Warrior, Rocket Boost did not one shot the Energized Harvest Reapers as it normally does. Reaping Blows didn't do any damage that I noticed.
They chunked me for about a fifth of my health bar each hit in the Harvest Golem.
The easiest way I found to complete it was to just AOE them down on foot rather than using the Harvest Golem.

Description
From what I've heard, all you really need to do is find a suitable harvest golem and drop in the heart. Once you've done that you should be able to take full control of the creature. I think there's a whole field of overloaded harvest golems west of here, at the Molsen Farm. Look for the arcs of electricity. Should you manage to get it working, use the golem to destroy the energized harvest reapers at the old Molsen farm. Those monsters are much more destructive than the ones on our farm.
