This appears to be a 'box quest complete' type quest. If you don't see your complete box, check you quest log to see if you can complete it there.

This would appear to be a variant version of the exact same quest available from Uncle Keenbean at Kota Basecamp. Both questgivers give quests of the smae name, and rewards, but different locations and quest ID. I believe they also cancel each other out, so it might be better doing the Kota Version, as there is a breadcrumb available for this version from Brother Trailscenter
