After you turn in the quest be sure to do the next step to unlock [npc=234365]
Head into the inn (40,52) right nearby and go to the upstairs down to the last bed.
On the floor is a pet bed and a dog toy. Pick up the dog toy and take it to Marmaduke.Marmaduke is wandering the island in the area just outside the main hub.
I found him @ 59,49 just near the tracks. If you dont see him just wait there.Once you find him talk to him and interact. He will disappear then reappear and run back to the main hub.
Find him in the middle of the hub and do his little quest and you will unlock him as a battle pet. Congrats.

Laid To Rest At LastNote: Once you finish this quest chain the [item=233027] will now be visible on the Dog Bed on the 2nd floor of Salt and Shanty but you won't be able to click on it. You will need to complete the Special Assignment World Quest for the Storm in order to interact with the toy.

Description
<Stellin listens as you explain what you've learned and nods gravely.> This poor fellow was part of a crew that sailed here aboard a ship called the Maiden's Whisper. They were almost wiped out by a storm, but then even the survivors disappeared! He was the last one and... didn't make it either in the end. Perhaps we can put his memory to rest? I spotted a graveyard out behind the Kul Tiran's base... perhaps setting the journal there amongst his crew's graves will bring his memory some peace.
