Ya get me enough of that magic metal lookin' stuff we've been finding, and I'll see about gettin' you suited up in the Pummeler over there.

Your ring oughta give it the juice it needs to really wreak some havoc!

In case you were confused like me about where the N.U.K.U.L.A.R. Target Painter was:
/way 69.30 47.94
Glowing remote control on a box near TR-06 Pummeler Suit (screenshot uploaded). After you click on it, you get an extra action button, you use in the quest area on your map and Voila! Talk to Suzie to leave the storm and turn in.

*this quest become available after completing the World Progress Bar during week 3, see this article here.

**To address some concerns about doing this on alts**
You do not need to do the entire Special Event progress bar inside the storm!
After completing the weekly progress bar, simply go to [npc=231997] /way 71.30 45.88 Didi the Wrench
She will have this quest Juicing Up and Storming Out for you
This has to be done OUTSIDE OF THE STORM to get the quest. Then all you have to do is the 4 steps above and not the progress bar/special event.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the quest's prerequisites.

  • Dipping a ToeSiren Isle · Level 80

That ring of yours has caused quite a stir, hasn't it? And the history behind it... vrykul? Someone named Cyrce? I know you and Bargus unlocked more of the ring's potential by scouting the isle but... perhaps you should turn your attention to the sea?

After this quest

Taken from a quest that requires this one.

  • Unleashing Her PowerSiren Isle · Level 80

This ring that you and Bargus found has taken you all over the isle learning its history and finding its treasures. The ring has aided you in your exploration--and in battle. But, we have never truly pushed the ring to find its limitations. Perhaps some formal testing is in order.
