I present You Storyline Elder Nazuun. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Ohn'ahran Plains which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:
1a. Land of the Apex - Collect:
- 2 [item=193202] - Drop from [npc=191057] around 50.64 50.85
- 10 [item=193207] - Go cave 43.58 48.03 is drop from [npc=191083] and [npc=187672] ( is not droping from small spiders )
- 2 [item=193206] - Drop from [npc=192938] or [npc=191051] you can find it out side cave.
1b. Signs of the Wind - Collect 8 Wind Tokens You can get them from [object=380848] ( grass next to water ) or [object=380846] on the stones. all around 47.89 51.47.
3. Himia, the Blessed - Speak with [npc=190950] then kill all mobs come out.
4. Rellen, the Learned - Go to cave /way 40.36 57.39 and press on [object=380509]Then go one by one:
- Press on Torch ( on left from basket ) then use on spider by pressing extra bar.
- Press on spear ( on right from basket ) then use on middle animal by pressing extra bar.
- Press on bow ( on right from basket ) then use on last animal by pressing extra bar.
5. The Nokhud Offensive: The Final Ancestor - You need to go Dungeon [zone=13982] and slay [npc=186151] to loot [item=193483], i done it on mithic difficult. After this Quest Storyline will finish.Hope That Help YOu :)

It is dropping from the small spiders in the cave, but it's a very low drop rate. And "in combat" the whole time I was in the cave. Ran out of mana and that almost never happens to this spriest.
Update As of 04/17/2024 this quest still has awful drop rates for the webs. The other items are fine. It's just the web part. You get stuck in combat the entire time you're in the cave which definitely does not help. I've now done this quest on 21 toons and it's still pretty bad.

Description
You should know of Rellen, the Learned, who gave centaur the tools to survive a merciless land. His memory requires offerings from worthy beasts. Take care, traveler. They are not as dangerous as they were eons past, but they're still the plains' apex predators.
