There seems to be a bit of a bug with this at the moment where kills of the Axebite Marines don't count unless you're in melee range. I didn't notice this with my paladin, obviously enough, but it was a nuisance for my mage.
Until this is fixed, just close to melee range to kill the marines.
Short, simple, to the point. I like this lieutenant.
Take this along with Scouting the Shore as they both take place in the same place.
This quest chain leads to the opening of the portal to and from Stormwind, which makes it pretty important to anyone levelling in the area.

It's them or us, <class>. Only one of us can command this beach. North of here you'll see a small hill with a commanding view of the shoreline. Whoever controls that hill will have the upper hand up and down the shore! I need to know what the current situation is.

While you were fighting along the coast, I spotted a gryphon tumble out of the clouds almost due west of here. It wasn't one of ours. Likely it belonged to one of the Wildhammer.
