Extremely stupid quest.

For one thing, you are not allowed to Stealth, Vanish use an invisibility potion, mount up,
Feign Death, or shape shift (Druid forms or Shaman Ghost Wolf form). You MUST
run to the location.

Of course, the item does not respawn upon being picked up. So only ONE
person can turn it in. Out of 39 other players.

And therefore if you do any of the above, including die of course, the item/buff
is gone. Quest over.

Once you DO have the item, it doesn't even show you where to turn it in.

Like I said, an extremely poorly designed quest.

So,

The all seeing eye is located in the Winteraxe Hold cave following the bridge west out of the Snowfall flag area. Once in the cave the eye can be found on the large platform in the middle of the cave, it is clickable and looks like an altar.

Clicking the eye marks you with a glowing debuff, stealthing or mounting removes the buff. The buff lasts 15 minutes.

You have 15 minutes to then get the object to Syndicate Master Ryson who is located down a guarded path on the eastern edge of the map from Ballinda. South East of the Stonehearth GY and North East of the Stone Hearth Southern Bunker.

The quest was originally a side quest in classic which was used to enlist the help of the syndicates in the battle.

Unless you're going for the 10 Timewarped Badges (in which case there are easier ways to get them), this quest does not offer any significant benefits. Upon completing the quest anyone on your faction can speak with Syndicate Master Ryson to receive the very same eye buff you brought to him which lets you see stealth, with the same fragility causing it to be removed at the drop of a hat by most spells. He will also grant you Ryson's Beacon which you need to place DIRECTLY outside the enemy boss' keep. Once this is done you may speak with Ryson again to recieve a Scrying Scope that when used right next to him lets you cast a 2 minute Far Sight/Eagle Eye spell where you placed the beacon.

Mildly underwhelming, but hey these quests were made in a different time for good ol' WoW!

Description

Your war in the heart of Alterac means nothing to the Syndicate, {class}. We will do as we have always done: Wait until a clear victor rises from the ashes and rubble of this madness and then strike. That, however, is not why we are here now. The All Seeing Eye has been lost - taken by the Winterax trolls of the region. Recover the Eye and our services shall be yours - for whatever time remains for your side. Return to me once you acquire the eye so that I may examine you. <Master Ryson grins.>
