For those of you who have never heard of a "traveling mandala" like me, it's a square wooden platform that is lit from overhead. If you're facing Iron-Body Ponshu, it is to the left just inside the building before you exit.
Quest line for the class mount Ban-Lu, Grandmaster's Companion starts at [npc=118214] on Broken Shore after completing Breaching the Tomb with a Monk.

Greetings. I've just received word that Master Bu has returned from a long spirit journey, and is currently resting his feet at Morning Breeze Village outside of the Temple of Five Dawns. It's been quite a long time since anyone has seen or heard from him, but he's asking to speak to you. We will handle the situation here while you are absent, Grandmaster.
