Might of the Elemental Lords

You need 300 Elemental Runes to get one tablet, so 900 elemental runes to finish this quest. Expecting the bosses to drop quite a bit of runes.

Like Abrogator Stones, these runes also appear in work orders. They seem to have alot higher droprate than stones, as I've got 8 elemental runes since I got the quest 3 days ago.
I just reached over 100 runes today, and found out they only stack to 100 for some reason. This seems a bit strange, since we will have to use 3 bag/bank slots until we create a tablet.

Ways to get the [item=115510]:

• Work Orders(1 per, not 100%, but higher than abrogator stones)

• Specific Follower Missions(18 per mission)

• UPDATE!: I got 9 elemental runes from a normal kill on Flamebender Ka'graz and my guildies got 9 from Gruul HC. By that we can assume each boss drop 9 each, which without follower missions and work orders it will take you 100 boss kills to complete this quest

• There is not an item like [item=115981] for this quest, however as AzrealUltima pointed out and has now been confirmed by WoW's devs that you have a chance to receive 27 instead of 9 runes

If we are going by the way [item=115280] dropped in Highmaul, we can assume that you can only loot [item=115510] from bosses once a week on any difficulty. This means that if you loot runes from Gruul on normal, you can not loot them from Gruul on HC, LFR or mythic until next week, and then only on one difficulty then too. It also seemed in Highmaul that the droprate didn't chance from difficulty to difficulty, as I had just as many drop for my paladin in LFR as my druid in normal, 2 clusters from the first wing in LFR actually.

All below ways to obtain runes is only speculation, however I will update as things are more clear as I progress through BRF. Stay tuned!

PS: Elemental runes will stack to 999 in 6.1, so you won't have to fill your bags with them!
