Talk to her and choose "Untangle Midnight Timelines", and then "I stopped the Voidstorm" to skip the Midnight level-up campaign.
It took me some time to figure out, but in Silvermoon there should be a "Purple Triangle" introductionary quest called Saltheril's Haven. Completing that quest chain will allow you to represent one of the four factions for the remainder of the week. Once you've chosen a faction you will unlock the event for the Runestones allowing you to complete that part of Midnight: World Tour.
