Moat Monster!

The moat they are talking about IS NOT the one at the bottom of Undercity (if your at the equal level of the bank you are in the wrong area)
The moat is at the top equal to the level with the teleport to Silvermoon

First you use the [item=69998] given to you in the [item=69999] in the water and the moat monster will show up as a tentacle. Then throw the [item=69995] at the monster. You'll have to call him about 2-3 times to get the 10 frogs thrown.

When you use the decoy kit, your character will randomly say one of these lines.

•

• Tremble in fear you mighty members of the Horde, the Alliance is here!
•

• Our loss in Tol Barad will be avenged! I will try to bring death to this grand city. Cower as I try to remember a battle cry!
•

• I'm so angry that we lost Wintergrasp, again! I will try to kill your leader, the all powerful, Sylvanas, instead.
•

• Hey, look, there are people here. Nothing at all like that tree city that I, a night elf, live in.
•

• Where am I? I crashed with the Exodar and now stumbled into this imposing city...
•

• This city is so big, to me, a tiny, pathetic gnome.
•

• I am drunk, like many of my fellow dwarves. I've dug a tunnel and wound up here. Who wants to drink?
•

• Yoo hoo! I am here to slay Sylvanas!
•

Pretty sure that's the whole list.

Description:
[...] "Today is feeding day."

It's been "feeding day" the last 4 days now. How much does the bastard eat? Not to mention that those frogs also seem to be a real hassle to breed.
It would be pretty nice if the moat monster would order a pizza for a change.
