Fish or Cut Bait: Undercity

New achievement added in 4.2, along with Fish or Cut Bait: Thunder Bluff. Fish or Cut Bait: Orgrimmar is the renamed Orgrimmar achievement, and with the other two award the meta [achievement=5852].

[npc=4573] randomly offers one of the five quests each day, and while you're in town you might as well see [npc=4552] for your daily Undercity cooking quest, to unlock Let's Do Lunch: Undercity (and subsequently, [achievement=5846]).

Note: Each city's daily quests (Orgrimmar, Thunder Bluff, and Undercity) share availability. As in, you may only do one cooking daily and one fishing daily from any of the three cities, per day. Even accepting a quest from one city causes the other two "!" to disappear.

Armand Cromwell doesn't give out quests it seems. Is there a new fishing quest npc outside of Undercity since the revamp?
