I have been all over the Nethergarde Keep and can't find the guy to turn this quest into, just tins of Horde.
Before doing this quest and moving out of zone I strongly recommend doing his other quests.
Nice easy and fast quest "chain".
They all appear to have 100% drop rates. The only reason this "chain" needs to take anyone any time at all really is if you stop to pick all the bloody Golden Sansam and Sorrowmoss.

Description
We appreciate your assistance here in this swamp, {name}. I would like to inform you that I have received correspondence from Nethergarde Keep. Enohar Thunderbrew has requested help in investigating the shipwrecks of the Red Reaches, but we have had none willing to make the journey, and I could not leave the Harborage. Nethergarde Keep sits in the Blasted Lands, south of the Swamp of Sorrows. Do not journey too close to Stonard on your way.
