So...I'm NOT doing this in Remix like I probably should be. Having said that, this quest did something very odd. I picked it up like normal, but immediately saw a turn in point right on top of me, but that couldn't have been right as it only appeared on the mini-map and had no basis in "reality". Looked up here on the comments trying to figure out what, exactly, I should be doing as the quest text was really vague. Some comments pointed me to Dragonblight in WotLK, so took the portal in Dalaran Center. That seemed to kick the map and the pointers in the right direction (towards the SE portion of that map) and I was able to pick up the thread from there, but without all of this, there was very little to go on and would confuse most people.
This is not the first (nor will be the last) oddity in performing a full 12 toon Legion campaign run...gotta love the housing decor ;-)
If you are confused in Remix like I was: Use the portal in Legion Dalaran to Stormwind, go to Northrend Dalaran and fly to New Hearthglen in Dragonblight. It will say you are leaving the timeline but not teleport you. In the middle of the town, at the gallows, is where you can turn the quest in and get your next ones :)

Description
A few defectors have been discovered among the Scarlet Onslaught in Northrend. I know it's difficult to think that any within their ranks could be useful to our cause, but we must make an attempt. The prophecy says an old enemy will become an ally, so it's worth it to investigate and see if these defectors can be brought to the Light.
